NST has been selected as an Excellence Awardee for Litigation and Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year in the Canadian Law Awards, presented by Lexpert and supported by Canadian Lawyer and InHouse magazines.
Irwin G. Nathanson and Julia K. Lockhart won a landmark case on the good faith limit on the exercise of contractual discretions before the Supreme Court of Canada in Wastech Services Ltd. v. Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District, 2021 SCC 7 and were selected for the Excellence Award for Commercial Litigation Team of the Year.
