Kayla primarily practices in corporate commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and bankruptcy and insolvency. Emily maintains both a commercial and civil litigation practice and an estates and trusts litigation practice. She is a strong advocate and is experienced before all levels of court in British Columbia, including as lead counsel in trials before the Provincial and Supreme Courts.
