XY LLC v. Canadian Topsires Selection Inc.

The litigation which lasted for more than 4 years, concerned the efforts of the plaintiff, XY LLC, to enforce its intellectual property rights and technology relating to the sexed sorting of bull semen. During the litigation, the plaintiff obtained Anton Piller Orders and Mareva Injunctions against the defendants, in its efforts to demonstrate that the defendants had misappropriated cutting edge technology.
