Partners Peter R. Senkpiel and Julia K. Lockhart have again been chosen by Benchmark Litigation for inclusion on their 40 & Under List. This is Peter’s fifth year and Julia’s third year on the List. Both partners continue to achieve success for their clients before the courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. They are both key members of NST’s top-tier advocacy team. Peter was shortlisted for Benchmark’s BC Litigator of the Year Award in 2021 and 2022 and Julia was recently successful before the Supreme Court of Canada.
