Quanta Services, Inc. v. Rokstad Power Corp

NST acted for a leading British Columbia power company over several years in defending two actions brought by one of the world’s largest electrical utility corporations. Several principals associated with the defendant had been formerly employed by the plaintiff’s British Columbia subsidiary. The plaintiff alleged the defendant had competed unfairly, and the defendant alleged that the plaintiff was attempting to unfairly limit competition in the British Columbia marketplace. The action was resolved on a confidential basis.
