Bridget is an eDiscovery Paralegal and Technology Lead, having joined NST in 2015 after obtaining a BA in psychology from the University of British Columbia. Bridget obtained her paralegal certificate in 2019 and has since specialized in eDiscovery where she has served on some of NST’s most complex litigation disputes. She earned her CEDS certification in 2023. Bridget provides technical support and assists in all stages of complex commercial litigation from document collection through to trial preparation using various document management software including Summation, iPro Eclipse SE and Relativity.

  • Arbitration (2018/2019)
    •  As a part of the team for the claimant in a $20 million private arbitration Bridget was highly involved and assisted with various matters that include document collection, preparation of witness statements, managing and organizing documents from various sources and in two co-existing databases. This matter involved a highly condensed timeline and she ensured hundreds of arbitration exhibits were uniquely and accurately numbered.
