NST lawyers contribute to improving legal resources in British Columbia. Two such publications were released in the past two months. Partner James C. MacInnis, Q.C. is the co-author of the British Columbia Supreme Court Rules, Annotated, an annual publication that provides in-depth insight and commentary on the BC Supreme Court Rules, including case annotations, to help lawyers navigate and apply the Rules effectively.
Associate Emily L. Hansen is a contributing author to the new CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation. This is a free multi-part resource designed to increase access to justice and assist both members of the profession and the public in navigating the court system, understanding the fundamentals of common types of cases, and understanding and applying the Rules.
