Allison is a litigator with a broad civil and administrative law practice, with a particular emphasis on appeals, complex contract disputes, and judicial reviews. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.

Prior to joining NST, Allison clerked for Justice Brown at the Supreme Court of Canada (2020-2021) and Justices D. Smith and DeWitt-Van Oosten at the Court of Appeal of British Columbia (2019-2020). She then worked as a litigation associate at a large regional firm and served as Commission Counsel on the Public Order Emergency Commission.
