Christine Drag, CPHR

Christine Drag joined NST in 2023. She began her career in the legal sector in 2014 and has worked with small, mid-sized, and national law firms, developing broad expertise in human resources and professional services operations.

In her current role, Christine leads the firm’s Human Resources and Operations functions, supporting strategic priorities and day-to-day business performance. She works closely with the partnership to align people, processes and systems with the firm’s objectives. Christine’s responsibilities span talent management, compensation and benefits, process development, financial planning, vendor management, facilities, and technology oversight.
